Please be aware that your Full Access ticket(s) were included in your order confirmation from xtrialleeds@buytickets.at which was sent by email at the time of purchase – this may have gone into your junk / spam folder.

Your ticket(s) are digital and can be presented on a suitable device or printed – please ensure that the QR code is ready to be scanned by arena staff prior to arriving at the entrance. Please follow staff instructions at all times. As part of normal arena procedures, you may be searched by security staff prior to entry.

Entry will be via the Black + White Lounge / VIP entrance located on Arena Way – which is situated to the righthand side of the main doors when facing the arena.

Event staff will be on hand to meet you.

VIP doors open: 12.45pm

VIP course tour: 1.15pm – 1.45pm

VIP 3 course meal – Black + White Lounge: 2.00pm

VIP Q+A with special guest – Black + White Lounge: 2.30pm

Black + White Lounge closes: 3.30pm

Paddock / warm-up area access closes: 4.00pm

Doors open – Main event seating: 4.00pm

Live pre-show: 4.15pm

Main event starts: 5.00pm

Podium: 8.15pm

Trial Expo trade and manufacturer stands; official event merchandise and food / drink outlets will be available on Levels 1 / 2 / 4 from 2.00pm onwards. Internal directional signage will be positioned around the venue. Please take the opportunity to visit these attractions prior to taking your seats. The official event programme included as part of your ticket price will be placed on your seat.

Your ticket provides single entry to the event; you cannot leave and return to the venue.

Please be aware that First Direct Bank Arena is a cashless venue.
