Please ensure that you read the following information carefully prior to your arrival.

We hope that you can understand and appreciate that we will be operating under strict regulations as set out by the arena and enforced by the local authority, therefore we ask for your kind co-operation so we can accommodate you in the easiest and best way possible.

Arrival Instructions

Trade vehicle access for unloading will be from the turning circle at the end of Elmwood Close – see plan here.

Event staff will be here to direct you accordingly.

Please do not park your vehicle in the disabled bays – as the local authority operates a tow away policy in case of unattended vehicles that are parked in restricted areas.

Upon arrival, please head to the Box Office entrance where you will find the Welcome Centre. Here you will be fitted with the relevant wristbands to allow you access to restricted areas.

Once your vehicle has been unloaded you will need to move it to the designated off-site parking area on Wade Lane / Lovell Park Road as directed by event staff. Only one vehicle pass will be issued per exhibitor – unfortunately there is no further space to accommodate any additional vehicles in these areas.

Allocated stand space: Please note that the allocated stand space provided are maximum dimensions due to health and safety regulations enforced by the arena in relation to required walkway widths for emergency evacuation routes.

Please only use NEC approved exhibition floor tape for any floor fixings. Any arena removal charges will be passed on.

Motorcycles: Must be empty of fuel.

Tents: Must be flame retardant (This must be confirmed by either a visible label or an accompanying certificate – these may be checked by the arena and local authority inspectors)

Please ensure that your stand is manned from 2.00pm when doors are open to the public.

We recommend that you lock any motorcycles together when unattended.

Seat tickets: These will be sent to you separately via email.

Wristbands: To be issued on arrival as detailed above.

Doors open – Public Access to Trial Expo: 2.00pm

Paddock / warm-up area / course preview access: 2:30pm to 4.00pm

Doors open – Main event seating: 4.00pm

Live pre-show: 4.15pm

Main event starts: 5.00pm

Podium: 8.15pm

Breakdown will be permitted once all the public have exited the arena after the event.
