Private Suite tickets will be issued through First Direct Bank Arena’s ticketing partner AXS.

You will need to download the AXS ticketing app and set up an account using the email address associated with the original order – e-tickets will be issued a minimum of 7 days before the event within the app and will be scanned upon arrival.

Please ensure that the QR code is ready to be scanned by arena staff prior to arriving at the entrance. Please follow staff instructions at all times. As part of normal arena procedures, you may be searched by security staff prior to entry.

Entry will be via the glass fronted main entrance on Claypit Lane.

Doors open – Full Access to Trial Expo: 2.00pm

Paddock / warm-up area / course preview access: 2:30pm to 4.00pm

Private Suites / Black and White Lounge access (Entry doors inside main entrance area): 4.00pm

Please go to the VIP Reception Desk in the Black and White Lounge where you will be able to collect your complimentary drink voucher.

Live pre-show: 4.15pm

Main event starts: 5.00pm

Podium: 8.15pm

Food and drinks are available within the suites via pre-order as per the following menu here. 

Please email us your requirements along with a contact number no later than 09/01/26.

First Direct Bank Arena will contact you directly to arrange payment of any pre-orders by 24/01/26. 

Trial Expo trade and manufacturer stands; official event merchandise and food / drink outlets will be available on Levels 1 / 2 / 4 from 2.00pm onwards. Internal directional signage will be positioned around the venue. Please take the opportunity to visit these attractions prior to accessing your suite. The official event programme included as part of your ticket price will be placed in your suite.

Your ticket provides single entry to the event; you cannot leave and return to the venue.

Please be aware that First Direct Bank Arena is a cashless venue.
